We had a wonderful lunch at Le Mirabelle. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The presentation was lovely. The service was also delightful. Clearly a place locals love and frequent on a regular basis. If we lived in Bordeaux, this would be our regular place. It was that good.

The steak was delicious with a rich aroma. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly. The dining setting felt warm and cozy. We ordered a bottle of 2021 Margaux, Confidences de Prieuré-Lichine, which paired beautifully with the steak. For dessert, we had crème brûlée, which we and our parents all loved. Thank you. Highly recommended!

Our goto place when we spend a night in Bordeaux when we travel to or from Spain. We love authentic places with not too many tourists 😉. Basking in the ambiance of the French ❤️‍🔥. Although the place was packed this time the food was still amazing and tasty as ever. My wife’s a fan of their beautifully cut patato gratin and she got what she came for. Staff is always kind and friendly. Also helps that they speak English. Menu is in French though but Google Translate is your best friend 🥰.

This restaurant is well known by the citizens of Chartron district. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are innovative, there are lots of great wines, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. It’s not particularly busy at noon, but be sure to make a reservation in advance for dinner and weekends, otherwise you may not be able to get a meal.

Lovely restaurant - great for a casual dinner while eating outside; watching the world go by. Food is fresh and delicious. It can get quite sunny so be sure to get a table neatly under the parasols.

WOW. What a gem that is, food was first class and guys at the bar amazing. It was a quintessential french food experience. Highly recommended.

The food is sort of bland? The ceasar salad was actually bad, like we couldn’t finish it. Super fishy and not traditional. Was almost yogurt based? Egg on top was cold. Just an odd dish. It was the most underwhelming of the restaurants we visited in Bordeaux. We wished we went back to Le Carré.

The place looks very pretty, nice terrace in front, makes you want to stop. The serving was fast and nice, I was pleased with the times for serving too. The problems are on the fact that the tables are very close to eachother, you're basically eating with the stranergs next to you and cannot avoid but listen to their conversation (yes, I understand french) which also makes you uncofortable to have your own conversations. Even if only for this reason, I would not return. Then there was the food, very very ambitious in trying a bit more (like on one of the eggs on the pictures, all cadied like), fusioning cuisine trying... but in all the dishes the overall balance was off - tartar had no acidity, fish didn't at all taste like fish, salad tasting blend and with only the crunch going on for it. So I guess a long review to express the disapointment after really looking forward to the meal.
