Very poor after sales service. We purchased some large tiles with a high shine finish for the floor. These were fine. However the skirting tiles were simply cut sections of the main tiles and did not have the same finish on the cut edge, giving the impression if being dirty. They did not match the quality of the main tiles. We were not satisfied with these especially at the price of 220 euros for two boxes. They were not originally available to view in the shop, so we accepted them originally on the advice of the staff. When we took them back to the shop the staff refused to accept our opinion about the skrting tiles and would neither give our money back nor offer a credit note. They were rude to the point the one of the staff members said my wife had a mental problem! They made no effort to resolve the situation. This shop needs to seriously improve it's customer services.

Bon choix de carreaux, vendeur agréable mais pourtant je ne recommande pas. Suite à une erreur de calculs faite par le vendeur lors de la vente je me retrouve avec 3 boîtes de carreaux en trop sur 6. Les mesures données sont bonnes (pas de mauvaises foi) Pas d’échange, pas d’avoir, aucun geste commercial. Je ne reviendrai plus.

Un grand choix de carrelage, et nous sommes satisfaits du design. Je recommande de bien vérifier la quantité lors de la commande.
