Stay away from this scam company. Horrible experience. Unprofessional service. I had my lock not locking on the inside but the door could be closed from the outside. The company came to check and took out the lock... After 1h of trying to fit something else they finally found some lock that fits and wanted to charge me 550€. This was supposed to be a temporary solution for a week until we order an original lock. The price is crazy, when I asked for invoice he asked to give him my card details for the payment 😳 but from the beginning we arrange that I will pay with a transfer. Then he said if I don't pay immediately, he will dismount everything and leave, so he did. And never even put the old lock back. During our conversation I tried to communicate in the little French that I know, but he constantly kept commenting that it's insufficient, so I was asking to write a message instead so I could translate. He never did and just left in the end. So I ended up with the worse situation than it was from the beginning.

En panne hors de chez nous, notre fils ayant laissé à l'intérieur la clé tournée dans la serrure. Impossible de rentrer chez nous un samedi 2 mai. Le serrurier nous a répondu tout de suite au T. Annoncé son prix qu'il a tenu. 3/4 h plus tard il était là, aimable et efficace. Merci ! C'est cher mais ce fut vite dépanné pendant le we du 1 er mai. Ça a un prix. On révisera notre budget. Mais ce fut un soulagement, on se voyait en train de chercher un hôtel à Saint Raphaël ce we du 1 er mai. Nous recommandons ce serrurier sérieux qui connait bien son métier, nous a fait une facture.
