KTI DEVELOPPEMENT

This company is not serious about its business. The communications with this company by email is slower than snail mail! :( Very unresponsive to customers' request. My company outsources the training and certification taking operation to this company. I have requested a date to take a certification exam well over 6 months ago, and the company is very slow to process my request and even forgot that I have taken the training before taking the exam. One of the drawback to deal with this company is that there is only one email account that can be reached by its customers. It is very difficult to locate an individual inside the company who's taking care of my request. It ends up there a few workers on the roster to process my request. So no one is really paying attention to my request. If you are a corporate customer looking for an agent to handle your training and certification needs, look elsewhere than this company.

Super..
