Be aware. The pictures shown on google maps is not the reality. I was mislead by the pictures. The entrance, reception, lobby, breakfast area, all are different than the pictures. The elevator door "sometimes" does not open, I took the stairs afterwards. The "lobby" area, the hallway and room smells like somebody was cooking curry just before you arrive. The A/C in the room was ok, but you can hear the next room discussions. Sound isolation is not good. The hanging lamps in the room are too low, watch your head. The reception personnel assisted as best as possible, cannot blame them. I expected a lot more of the breakfast, for the price paid. The coffee was not good to my taste. Not much to choose from, just some croissant, ham slices, yogurt. I drank 1 glass of carton orange juice and got out of there. I don't understand how this is considered a 3-star hotel. There are some 2 star hotels that are better than this one.

I did not notice until the second night that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned. There was a stain or the remaining residue of what can. Only be described as a biohazard. I reported this to the front desk while at breakfast on day 3. Upon arrival that evening, imagine how disappointed at it not having been addressed. The experience has totally change my willingness to book Adagio in any location again. Disappointing especially at the lack of any feedback from management.

The staff were lovely, but other than that we couldn't say any good things about this stay. Hallway was not hoovered, the room itself was dirty in all corners and parts of the kitchen area, side of the toilet was sprayed with toilet water and clearly never been cleaned, and light switches on walls had dirty handmarks all over. To add to that, there is no ventilation in the room, they said they have a central fan cooling system that was going to be turned on during our second day there, but that never happened even on day 4 when we left although it was really hot in Paris (circa 30 degrees Celsius). We had to go out and buy a fan just to be able to sleep, but even then it was too hot to be comfortable. Lastly we needed an iron that the reception said they had one, and once we asked for it they didn't provide it as they said they couldn't find it... Access to the city was relatively easy, but it is unfortunately situated in a bit of a poorly kept area in the suburbs.

The apartment was comfortable. close to the Louis Mourier hospital (15mins walk) and from Nanterre Mont-Valérien. We are extremely grateful for all the support that the team provided us, very charming staff.

I stayed from 29/12 to 01/1/26 The bathroom was the dirtiest I have ever seen, upon checking in I went straight back to reception to let them know. I was told someone will come in the morning to clean it! No one showed up and when I asked, I was told that no instructions was given to clean. In the end I had to go buy some bleach and sprays to clean it myself. Apart from that the staff was courteous!

Lifts not working until top floor where room was allocated. We have to bring all our suitcases from 10th floor to 9th floor via staircase. One morning lift was not working i have to go up 10 floor from stairs. Some of staff not friendly/customer oriented and might be due to not comfortable speaking English.

Parking is good, though not free of charge. Room is great, includes a nice kitchenette. Staff very kind and helpful. Feel at ease overthere.

The hotel, its surroundings and the room were dirty. The front-desk service was inefficient and not very welcoming. And the room had no AC.
