They will not change the part that you have bought and doesn’t use even you have the check it appears that you also need the bar code of the part it’s ridiculous and unacceptable will never go to that store again
I'm English, live in central Nice and use Ciffreo B a lot as I no longer have a car to get to Castorama. Yeah! Ciffreo is a bit pricey but offers a wide selection of DIY stuff and staff have always been pleasant and informative.
