I received your standard cookie-cutter response. I also left you a bad review elsewhere and you might be able to respond there. And what took two weeks to respond? Do NOT buy the Technogym Ride (or any Technogym product for that matter!!). It's just not worth it. You'll likely be disappointed and frustrated like I am—latest when something invariably goes wrong and you can't get the assistance you need. Hey, I could not even find help to set up the bike properly—not online and certainly not from my sales representative. Let's start at the beginning. First, the delivery people can hardly tell the difference between a bike and a desk. Seriously, they had absolutely no clue, and accordingly, I needed weeks to really get started. This is not hyperbole, but they literally knew less than I did, which was not much. Importantly, the bike arrived with a defective on/off button under the monitor. I immediately signaled it to my salesperson, Mavy, who simply told me to pull out the AC power cord from the wall outlet every time I want to start the bike. He said the power button is useless, which makes you wonder why Technogym would include a power on/off button. And, perhaps the better question, why should I settle for a defective product? When you invest more than Euro 5,000 just on the bike, should you not demand a perfectly functional bike? I could go on since I also purchased the Technogym Wellness Ball, which unfortunately was too small for its case. I literally have the Wellness Ball package laying here collecting dust waiting for someone from Technogym to pick it up. One more word on my sales representative. Besides not appointing a replacement when he goes on vacation or holidays, which in France is all the time :-), he just does not care to respond. Typically, reviews are often biased toward disgruntled people. All those one-star ratings are often due to a poor SAV, and I was told that Technogym did indeed stretch thin before, during, and a bit after the Olympics. Personally, I am very happy with my experience, be it at the store or over the phone when requesting some information. I can't speak about the quality of the equipment long term yet, since we just bought them. But so far, I like the design and the overall feel, especially when you compare with the competitions.

Just don’t buy Technogym. Products are no longer as they used to be, and hope you don’t need their post sales tech service. Customer care arrogant and tech service expensive like hell. They come when they want and you are lucky if they fix your problem.
