Highly recommended. We rented a lovely 3 bedroom for a year long lease in Antibes. Getting an apartment as an expat can be challenging in France but Citya was there with us every step of the way with friendly and professional service. We hope to do business with them again.
The best agency to lose your time! I have to put 1 star, but they don't deserve even that. They present themselves as antiracist, but in fact they are racist and nationalists! My family lost precious time looking for an apartment, while everything was going fine, the apartment we were about to sign the papers for was rented to someone else!!!!! The most disgusting is that not only they lack professionalism, but they have no guts to tell you the truth and be honest after all. Shame!
I'd like to share my very bad experience with you and call out the shady and very unprofessional practices Citya Immobilier in Cannes St Honore uses to rip off landlords. Citya had my apartment in the market to get new tenants for over 3 months without giving me any feedback about visits or what they were doing to get the property rented. After this time I started looking for tenants myself, mainly to stop losing rental income. I've found tenants within a week and when I informed the agency about this the woman in charge of lettings started making up stories about all the visits they had lined up for that week, something that wasn't true. When I mentioned they had failed to rent the property she referred to her commercial department and 'everything' they had done to rent out the property, including posting a sign on the balcony to advertise it. Nobody saw the sign, not myself not the neighbours, so clearly it was just another lie on their list. After another two phone calls, it was agreed I would collect the keys at the agency. When I was there I was invited by surprise to meet the (very sharky) agency director who told me they had done their best to rent out the property and the usual selling bla bla bla. I collected the keys and left only to be shocked a month later by an invoice where they've charged me 324 euros because I canceled their very incompetent services. When I complained about this fee the lettings woman referred me to the Law Chatel, but refused to develop more on the issue. I've emailed her twice again asking for an explanation, especially because this fee was never mentioned before in the several phone conversations we had, nor at the last meeting with the director, but she is not responding. I have not signed any document where I've engaged to pay a fee if they don't rent my apartment, so I find their action to be very arbitrary and illegal.

Très mauvaise expérience lors de mon départ du logement. L'état des lieux de sortie a été réalisé le 31.03.26. Malgré le délai légal de deux mois pour traiter le dépôt de garantie, je n'ai reçu le décompte qu'après l'expiration de ce délai et aucune réponse lorsque je les ai sollicité. Ils sont très mauvais en communication sauf quand vous écrivez directement à Mr le directeur qui, lui, vous répond vite. L'agence a retenu l'intégralité de mon dépôt de garantie de 640 € et me réclame en plus 796 €, sur la base d'une simple estimation interne de 1 436 € de prétendues dégradations. (pas de factures à l'appui et presque 900€ de travaux de peinture pour traces légères, traces de lessivage et couleurs non neutre sur 1 mur) Ils ne prennent pas en compte la vétusté normale du logement après 5 années passées dedans. Ils veulent me faire prendre a ma charge des réparations de dégradations dû à un cambriolage, déclaré par envoi de procès verbal de dépôt de plainte. Je laisse chacun se faire son opinion, mais je recommande aux locataires de conserver tous leurs échanges, photos, états des lieux et justificatifs jusqu'à la clôture définitive de leur dossier. A ce jour, j'ai laissé un appartement plus que relouable et propre et cette agence est bien culottée d'exiger des paiements sous huitaine quand eux même ne sont pas foutu de répondre aux mails et de respecter les délais. Citya saint honoré = money / money / money ..... à suivre....
Malheureusement impossible de mettre 0 étoile. Je déconseille fortement de confier la gestion locative de votre appartement à Citya Sait Honoré. Mes locataires sont partis il y a plus d'1 an avec des arriérés de paiement et en laissant l'appartement dans un état pitoyable (plusieurs milliers d'euros de dégâts), et toujours aucun règlement reçu de leur part. Je cite la gestionnaire, Mme DE MELO: "notre GLI, elle n'est pas très bonne". Un scandale. A fuir
