I booked this hotel by mistake but at the end it was a great decision. We didn’t have any issues in the neighborhood. The room was ok, you have what you need for a small trip. The bathroom and room were correctly clean . The stuff at the hotel is nice and they will be more than pleasure to help with everything you need. There are two metro stations near (Robespierre and Porte de Montreuil ) , there’s a Carrefour at the ground floor and a pharmacy near Porte de Montreuil metro station, also exiting Robespierre you can find a Canteen that close around 2am where they serve really good pizza and crepe for a great price too called Canteen Street .

The place was easy and accessible, it was sometimes hard to find a staff member but the hotel it was attatched to helped us a lot when we couldn't find them. Other than that the stay was reasonable for the price we paid.

Great location for transport links, comfortable stay though a bit cramped room ,great service from housekeeping, good breakfast, overall very good value for money

Great location, amazing hotel, amazing and helpful staff. My only two problems was that it doesn't have a wardrobe and if you stay lots of days (like us), the room is a bit small and uncomfortable to put your clothes somewhere and that it's not soundproof at all. you can hear everything from the corridor. But overall, everything was perfect.

The rooms are exactly what you would expect from an ibis budget: small, simple, and functional, with no surprises. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metrо, which makes getting around easy. However, the neighborhood feels a bit strange and somewhat unsafe, especially at night. One downside is the breakfast service: even if you arrive within the official breakfast hours but a bit later, some items such as eggs and cheeses are often already finished and are not replenished, which can be disappointing.

I genuinely believe this is one of the worst hotels in the world, and not just this property, but even the entire Accor group behind it is deeply disappointing. First of all, the hotel does not even provide basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or even a hairdryer. Guests are expected to purchase some of these from a vending machine. That alone already shows an unacceptable standard for hospitality. The cleanliness was even worse. I was wearing all black clothing during my stay, and after sleeping on the bed, my clothes were covered in dust and lint. Anyone who wears black knows it is the best way to check whether bedding is actually clean. In this case, the hygiene standard was simply unacceptable. But the most shocking issue was their luggage handling and complete lack of responsibility. I had stayed at this hotel first, then travelled to other parts of Europe for one week, with a confirmed booking showing I would return to Paris and stay there again. In almost every country I have travelled to, including Japan, Thailand, and many other European hotels, if a guest can prove they are returning, hotels are usually willing to offer complimentary luggage storage. This hotel refused entirely. Fine, I accepted that and paid extra to use their locker service. Then I had an accident overseas and was physically unable to return to Paris to collect my luggage. I arranged a shipping company to collect my suitcase from the hotel. The normal procedure is very simple: the shipping company sends an invoice, hotel staff print and attach it, and then the courier comes to pick it up. This hotel either refused or failed to handle even this basic process professionally. Later, the shipment was returned because there were restricted items inside (a small perfume bottle and two lighters). Instead of helping resolve the issue by simply removing those items and allowing re-shipment, the hotel became completely unresponsive. Emails were ignored, phone calls cou

Its been a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is close to the metro station and can be easily accessed by foot from the Metro exit. We have not used the the restaurant of the hotel if it has existed. And we barely spent any time in the room, but just used it to sleep for the night.

No frills here. Everything as it should be for a budget hotel. Access to two metro stations (both on line 9) within 5 to six minutes walking time, so very easy to get to the centre of Paris. Rooms a little on the small side so perhaps not Ideal for 2 people, but perfectly adequate for solo travellers. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.
