Excellent experience! I’m so glad I came for the Hydrafacial service at this establishment. Océane was so lovely during the whole treatment. She provided such a relaxing experience and I can’t wait to come back again. The Clinique in itself is ultra stylish and beautiful, all in all I am happy with my time spent here. Highly recommend to others seeking out beauty treatments and services.

In case someone reads my earlier review I just want to make an update as I have completely changed my opinion. Firstly I received the nice answer from Lea, sympathizing with my earlier experience. I felt compelled to try the clinique again and called them - this conversation was also very accommodating and friendly. And I am so glad I rebooked because they are great. As mentioned before the clinic is gorgeous. First I had an appointment with the doctor who was absolutely wonderful . He explained everything about the procedure I was about to have, listened to and answered all my questions in great detail. My therapist was also great, efficient and quick but also at the same time attentive . So in conclusion, what happened before was a miscommunication which was dealt with rapidly and with super customer friendliness. My actual experience at the clinic was great and I immediately afterwards bought a "package of treatments". Highly recommend! So far very disappointed. Was looking forward my consultation today, walked in and the clinic is very beautiful I must say. Last Friday I received a phone call from someone at the clinic, they caught me at a bad time and I asked them to please call me back in 15 minutes with was agreed upon This however did not happen ( but I did not think anymore about it.) Today upon arriving at the clinic and presenting myself the three receptionists proceeded talking to each other how many times each one had called me. I understand French and naturally it is very easy to check on your phone - and instead of the multiple calls they said they had made I had the one call from Friday with a promise of a call back in fifteen minutes which never happened and two missed calls from yesterday at 9.35 and 9.36 - but no voice messages asking me to call back. So arriving today to my appointment (also receiving a confirmation text for the appointment the day before) I am told that the doctor is not in today. I find it disrespectful to peoples schedules
