Having been let down by the hotel we booked in the area we were late and looking for a hotel last minute. The staff at the hotel were so incredibly helpful - the hotel is clean and the location is absolutely perfect for seeing the area. It feels very safe - as 2 women travelling on our own the hotel felt secure and safe and the whole time in the area felt the same. Great staff, super helpful and wonderful stay, very quiet and good beds. Highly recommend and thank you to the girls for being so amazing during our stay !!

This is a good hotel in an excellent location. It has a very attractive entrance / breakfast area. The staff are helpful and friendly and gave us good recommendations for places to eat. Our room was a good size and everywhere appeared clean. ||We stayed during a quiet time and the bar area was unmanned, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The location, as others have said, is just around the corner from the Avenue of Champagne and the tourism office. It couldn’t really be better.||There isn’t any dedicated parking, but there is plenty on the street outside and also by the nearby church, just a few minutes walk away.

Nicely located hotel, with good access to Avenue de Champagne. Parking right outside on the street (although you have to pay). Lovely welcome from a very helpful receptionist on arrival. The room was a little more spartan than the photos indicate, quite minimalist furniture and no pictures or carpet (cold tiled floors with no rugs) but the bed was large and super comfy, and you really do have everything you need in the room. Coffee machine, hair dryer, safe, ironing board, fridge etc. Even spare pillows provided in the cupboard and white fluffy dressing gowns. The bathroom sink was a bit of a challenge. Looks super trendy but not at all helpful for actual use since nowhere to put your bits and pieces and the shelves to the side are full already. We ended up putting our things on the floor. We didn't have breakfast - at 23 euros per person we thought it was a bit pricey and quite frankly we think this should always be included in the price of the room as is the case for most UK hotels. However, there is a gorgeous little bakery/coffee shop just around the corner where a decent breakfast was purchased with super frothy coffee for a fraction of the price. We slept well, so overall a positive stay, it just lacked character and charm so we probably would look elsewhere for a return.

Well located, good size rooms, excellent quality of ingredients for breakfast; friendly staff throughout the stay, overall a very good value up market bed and breakfast location

This hotel is a great location. short walk to train station. easy walk to all the major champagne houses. the rooms are very clean. Nuxe luxury shampoo. real hair dryer. breakfast is very good. eggs cooked to order. basket of yogurt and pastries. cheese and meat plate. fresh squeezed orange juice. this hotel, like most in Eurpoe sets the temperature for the whole hotel. it was too warm for my liking (heat was on) but when i cracked a window, someone nearby had a fireplace going or something, so i couldn't leave it open without smelling smoke. also, email and ask which rooms are on the top floor if you want to sleep in. I'm and early riser, but the stair creak a lot, so you'll hear it if you are on a lower floor. overall a good pick and i would totally stay here again.

Very friendly welcome and throughout the stay. Beds comfortable, champagne cold. Walking distance of ‘everything’ what more could you want?

Clean hotel with good sized rooms but bathroom starting to show a little ‘wear & tear’. Not much noise insulation between rooms and pillows take some getting used to.|Location & staff are first rate but €20pp for breakfast is a little’steep’. More competition in the town now, may encourage the improvement required.
