This is the best Neapolitan Pizza I had for 2026. The pizza was crispy and fluffy at the same time, and the smell of the dough was amazing. Then comes the fresh and perfectly well balanced topings, that I couldn't stop eating. The service was warm and welcoming, adding that with a magical backdrop on the street, it was a perfect dining experience that I was truly blown away 🍕

Nice Neapolitan pizzeria with a few outdoor tables, perfect for hot days, and nice decoration inside. The pizzas were pretty good, not the fluffiest dough but definitely worth it. Not so many vegetarian options on the menu. Sadly they don’t serve tiramisu (!) so I had another dessert, kind of an ice-cream, and that was way too sweet for me. The service was friendly.

Great pizza dough and quality ingredients. Lovely service too plus the staff all spoke English. I was the first to get there at 7pm (with reservation) when they opened for dinner, so I did not have to wait long for my pizza. Agree with the others that it can be warm inside during the summer, so try coming in the evenings.

Wow this place has very good Neapolitan pizza! We were craving a good slice and I found this place as a must try. I'd highly recommend getting reservations. It's worth the hike up. The staff is super friendly. I have a nut allergy and they were very cautious. The prices were great! The pizza were delicious!

Wow. Unassuming pizzeria in the heart of the old town in Lyon. Don’t expect your run of the mill Diavola or Quattro Formaggio. They’ve gotten creative with both the base and the toppings. But the pizza style is very much Neapolitan. I’ve tasted better dough but the toppings were generous (really generous) and utterly delicious. Pizza really should be about the dough much like genuine sushi is all about the rice. But here it’s about the toppings and all power to them for this. If you’re in Lyon and pizza is your thing then you must visit this place. And take the scenic route to La Croix Rousse. The Everest like climb to the top will ensure you don’t feel so guilty about the carb overload.

Loved it there. Great Neapolitan pizza in a cave style restaurant. Tables felt a bit hidden in the back but I the design of the place. Quality ingredients and very friendly people. Desserts vary (sadly no tiramisu) but I had a very nice berry crumble. Recommended.

To try a good pizza in lyon I tired maria on a recommendation of a Italian friend. The pizza was ok as I am not a pizza lover or my native food is not pizza , I can not comment on the authenticity of it . For me it was good . The price is ok, the dough was nice and I loved the cheese.
