Stayed there for 25 minutes. Wanted a board game and a smart watch (locked behind a glass display) and nobody came to help. I even had eye contact with and employee and showed him that I need help but he just ignored me. So I walked out. They have a very good variety of board games that is why I put 2 stars and not 1.

A lot of movies, music albums and comic books. If you're looking for any, you should visit fnac. I could spend there hours! During Festival I focused on movies, and my shopping was a success :)

Terrible service. I ordered some AirPods online and collected them in store. When I tried them, they were painful in my ears, so I tried to return them the next day to the Cannes store, in perfect as-new condition. I was told by a staff member and the manager that I could not return them as they were opened and printed off reams of small print (which I had already read). It was a hygiene issue, apparently. I quoted and showed them the law, but they refused. I said Apple, Amazon etc accept open returns for the very reason YOU NEED TO TRY THEM! They would not honour the law, not the 14 day period. They were very wrong and need to be trained to understand, instead of patronising customers. However, I went to my account online and received a return slip straight away!! Maybe FNAC as a company can inform this store that they need to read the law. I can recommend online, but NOT this store. Terrible. A shame as the store itself is great for products and most of the staff are very competent and friendly.

The receptionist at the hotel told me that FNAC was a magic word that I should learn - and it truly is a magic place for the traveller. From electricity plug adapters (Europe,UK, rest of the world etc) to iPhone chargers and mobile phone and camera accessories- this place has it all. Head to the the top floor for notebooks and art supplies and a very great section of books ( although most are in French).

Fnac Should Be Ashamed This is, without question, the most disgraceful customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. The staff at Fnac are not just unhelpful — they are actively disrespectful, dismissive, and at times, borderline hostile. It’s almost as if treating customers poorly is part of their training. I walked in expecting basic assistance and left feeling like I had been an inconvenience just by existing. No one knows what they’re doing, no one wants to help, and worst of all — they don’t care. Questions are met with shrugs, eye rolls, and blatant attitude. Asking for help is like committing a crime. You’re either ignored or spoken to like a child. The arrogance is unbelievable. Zero accountability, zero empathy, and absolutely no professionalism. It’s honestly shocking how a company this large can operate with such disregard for human decency. Fnac isn’t just bad — it’s a complete insult to the idea of customer service. If you value your time, money, or dignity, stay far away. This was not just disappointing — it was infuriating.

Zero to personal quality of this place!!! Women working there, the old one, talking with people like she is talking with somebody from her family. She is at service. Serving! She don’t understand what it means. Rude and arrogant with clients, don’t have any understanding how to calm situation. Trying to abuse someone because of trauma maybe. Hope some day she will take what she deserves!
