I’m very pleased with the installation of my new Daikin Aircondition. Very professional workmanship from Ecom Conseill Perpignan.

I bought a airconditioning system from them 5 years ago. If I let them do the maintenance for 5 years my guarantee would be extended. After two years I was already sick of them, as the are not pro-active at all did not answer email. When I confronted them with this they said it's easier to call. For them maybe, but not for ME, THE CUSTOMER. I contacted Daikin to ask if I could change to another company but this was not possible, so I sat out the contract. This year they did not even bother to contact me for the maintenance. Fine with me, since I found a better company for the maintenance. Wouldn't buy from them again. Especially since the whole airco business in the Pyrenees Orientales seems to be a kartel anyway, as prices are the same everywhere.
