Stayed here 07/10 - 08/11 2025 The hotel is perfect as an overnight hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is of an older model, but clean and fresh. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. 3 minutes' walk to the hospital. Pros: Quick check-in/check-out. Customer-centric at the reception. Clean and fresh space. Clean room. Pool, fenced. Local transport right outside the door. Quiet rooms. Good food in the restaurant. 20 minutes from Normandy. Free parking. 6 bed hardness (see below*). 5 value for money (see below**) Cons: Rooms with a slightly older standard. Major roads around the hotel.

Our experience at this four-star hotel was good overall. Although the hotel looks a bit old, the service is very good. It’s not very close to the city center — about a five-minute drive, but if you walk, you have to cross a bridge and it takes around 45 minutes. So, it’s not exactly in the heart of the city, but still a pleasant stay. Secure parking.

The hotel is fantastic. The staff are courteous and always ready to help. The room was clean and cozy My three best days, despite a broken leg, were absolutely comfortable.

The facility is old, bed for third person was not ready, facility in the bathroom not worthy of 4 star nor is the room interior. Noisy environment. I've been in other Novotel before and it was nothing like this one. Experience is not consistent but the price is still high.

Nice size hotel , good food , breakfast is ok , our room didn't have air con so was very hot in the night , staff friendly,

Arrived very late due to delayed flight. It is a little difficult to get to due to one way system and tram line around hotel. Once arrived, check in was very easy and room was very comfortable and quiet. There is a good breakfast and a nice pool area to sit when the sun shines. Overall a very pleasant stay and a really nice atmosphere.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff, quiet atmosphere, and good location. We really enjoyed our stay.
