We bought a sofa in January 2025. The mattress was the wrong density. They changed the mattress but then the cushions don't stay attached properly. Despite 3 visits by delivery men that is still true. For the amount we paid we expect better quality and service. Now they tell us there is nothing they can do for us.

Terrible communications and bad customer service. We bought a sofa at the foire de nice. The seller sold us the sofa but the order was the wrong color, wrong materials, and not water proof. We didn't know until we receive the sofa. And it seems the shop cannot do anything. It's a disaster and total fraud.

Great service and support from the staff. Very happy with our products
