Great Accueil personnel, i just take one star for because we dont have washing machine, because it rests in the building who is being renew still.. Being just in front of grand Carrefour, 1 min to the bus stations 5 min to the tram it is very well situated and also i like the rooms a lot, les chambres rénovées.. It is my home this year!!

Actually I didn't stay here but my friend does. But the place is really amazing with good security and privacy. The place is really cozy and really designed fir students or maybe it really was for athletes in the past. The bed can be lifted so you make extra space underneath.

A bad experience! The majority of staff is unfriendly and almost nobody can speak English (or speak it very badly). In the room there is no pillow, the entire bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) is large overall as a normal shower! In the communal kitchen there are no pots and pans, or dishware or detergents. The internet access is subject to charges and only with network cable (even if it's clearly indicated in the description the wifi availability). The first day they charged me an incorrect digit (all in advance, preventing anyone, including myself, to leave if don't find comfortable). Finally, is located in a disreputable neighborhood; to give you an idea, on several occasions (during night) many cars parked not far from mine were burned and blown up. Now you know where you are about to go, the choice is yours...

I visit friends in this residence. Actually one of my favorite of the crous residence, even though its about 30 mins to the university campus. It has a bus stop and tram stop close by.it is close to one of the biggest mall in grenoble, Grand place. I believe security in this residence is high and the students friend ly. Some rooms have bathrooms and toilets as well as fridge. There is a shared kitchen for all. Each room has its personal letter box.Some rooms have 1 person, others two. With a relatively average rent (190euro -270euro). One also enjoys caf benefits.

Student dormitory with small 9-12 m2 rooms. Close to one of the biggest commercial centers in Grenoble. Pretty secure!

Such a nice place for students to live....

It's a very neat student residence with moderate rates, about 255€ for a 9 square metre accommodation. Free WiFi, electricity and water.

This place is 3 miles from the college campus in a less than ideal neighborhood, the rooms were basic, the communitive bathrooms didnt even have toilet seats
