I rarely give anything less then 3 stars but in this case I wish I can give minus 5 stars. This is a company who will attract you with niceties in the beginning until they pull you away from your other distributors They will take their time to bring products, then hit you with very large invoices that you have to pay in a short time frame. If you make mistakes, they will remind you always; when they make mistakes, you either get no answers, a horrible excuse, or else try to shift it on to you. It's never their fault. They will pack diligently but for the short timeframe you have to pay, they will take their sweet time to ship to you. Beware if you intend to order large shipments, they will make you use a pallet and then all other problems start like breakages and theft. You can not use your own services, only theirs. Your competition will get their items very fast because it seems priority is given to smaller orders. Although they pack diligently, oddly enough damaged boxes are shipped as well leading one to think how is this possible? If your young daughter is gravely injured or you end in the hospital for weeks, or sick with Covid, or your part of the country is hit with an act of God leaving 10,000 business inoperable they do not care, they will not prolong an invoice for a week "You have to follow our policies, we can not help you" But if they need 2 weeks chance because they are doing a stock take or they get hit with covid, or they want to take a holiday they will ask you to have patience with them. They will give an account to anyone with no due diligence to protect both real honest retailers and consumers from potential fraudulent sellers who sell from their kitchens and under the authorities radar Some (not the majority) are arrogant and are not afraid to shout at you and hang up midway especially if you complain about the poor service or you point out they made a mistake. You could be a client of theirs for 12 years, it does not matter if you have a bad 6

Terrible in the timing from the moment you pay until you receive the products. With the time the prices are getting higher and higher and you can find the new products faster in other distributors. A pitty

Leider unterirrdisch und es wird immer schlimmer. Seit Jahren Kunde und die kommen nicht aus dem Quark. Schriftliche zusagen bzgl. Bearbeitung und Lieferung wurden nicht einehalten, jetzt steh ich vor der Messe da wie ein Idiot. Es ist wirklich unglaublich wie man an einem Montag bestellt und bezahlt, Dienstag die Bestätigung schriftlich bekommt und die am freaking Freitag erst die Pakete zur Abholung bei der DHL anmelden und das Label drucken. Auf der Webseite stehen 1-2 Tage, das ich nicht lache. Achso und eine "angenehme Messe" können Sie auch wünschen, wissend sie schaffen es eh nicht vorher Terminbestellte Ware zu liefern. Ich will gar nicht Anfangen, das Pokemon auch ständig storniert wird und man nicht mal einen Fitzel bekommt. Wirklich die 1 Sterne Bewertung habt ihr euch heute zu recht verdient und ich kann verstehen, wenn andere keine Lust haben bei euch zu bestellen. Ich werde jetzt auch meine Schlüsse daraus ziehen, vertrauen kann man schnell verspielen und Glückwunsch das habt ihr super hinbekommen.
