I came to the emergency 18.30 via my familydoctor. They took care of me at once and after waiting in a comfortable bed to 23.00 I got a room at the Heart area 5 floor. No food as they did not know if If had to be operated. At the heart section where I still am, they try out medicins and stabilize me. Now after 5 days they will decide what more they need to do. Staff very kind and young. Doctors competent and taking their time to explain. Food very uggly but tasty. The area very well organised and clean. Coffemachine only at bottom floor. Lovely view over St Raph and the Med. Thankyou for good care Hopital Bonnet!

Cannot fault the great treatment I had after I fell off my bike and needed surgery & 3 night stay . Admittedly A&E were very busy but staff kind and efficient. Everyone made an effort to speak English to me and keep me comfortable . Every department from admin to orthopaedic ( & temp ward on 6th floor) were efficient & helpful . Thank you

I was here at Emenegency. I have no insurance but staff helps me. The doctor was very nice and professional. He name is Maxim Perrier. Speaks English perfect. Very helpful and i was afraid to come Coz I don’t speak French. So please come here if u need a help. Soon I’ll Get better. Thank staff and Maxim.

This emergency room is very quick.. Went here because I had over a week with a urinary Infection.... They took me last almost passing every pacient before me... And at the end I left with absolutely nothing for treatment only 2 ordinances one for an échographie and another for an urine test... Both in which I could've get done right then and there... Now I have to wait 2 weeks in discomfort to get the échographie done because there's no dates earlier than that at the radiologist... Not to mention I had to pay 15€ for nothing... To leave with the same pain I came in with...

They charged 8 times the amount they used to in Norway, super expensive and they made us to wait 3 houres extra just to charge extra I was bleeding quit a lot, but they took me a privat doctor hust for extra charge

The worst place to end up in case of emergency Duty , very bad organize and nurses working like crazy not enough medical stuff

In hindsight I would have preferred to let a hobo fix my medical issues.

Avoid at any cost!
