The seller was very friendly and explained everything patiently. However the Mac that we bought thinking as new was actually "Apple certified Refurbished". It may be in a box and everything but this doesn't mean new new. I wish he informed us about this. I saw the text on the box after I arrive home. Ofc it's a great laptop and great value for the money, I still would love he told us this beforehand. Additionally, I don't understand what kind of charger is this? Why would they sell it in France? Now I need to buy a converter which is annoying.

I desperately needed a recent, 27 inch iMac to learn Illustrator and Final cut pro and was very pleased to find exactly what I was looking for. The price was correct, the guidance was incredibly helpful and I was able to pay in 4x which made my life much easier. I recommend 100%

Over priced. I had a macbook battery changed. The price they charged was 60% higher then their website advertised. After the battery was replaced my space bar no longer worked. I went in an asked them to fix it and they refused. The manager was pretty rude and refuse to repair the space bar which was working fine when I dropped it off. I eventually took it to be repaired on Rue Montgallet where they replaced my space bar in 15 minutes for 20 euros. A word of advice... Skip this place and head straight over to Rue Montgallet where there are a lot of repair places that are cheaper and more skilled. In response to the vendors response below. The keyboard worked perfect when dropped off and when returned to me the space bar did not work. Yes the battery replacement should not effect the keyboard unless you don't know what you are doing and do sloppy work.

Un veritable bijou ! This is hands down the best place to buy a refurbished apple product in Paris. The owner is a delight, and is flexible and accommodating, to the point of dropping off my new iMac himself! The product itself runs better than new, and was definitely a bargain. I highly recommend this place!

After looking for a refurbished iMac on le bon coin and other shops in Paris, Mac Store & Cie is easily the top choice. Cedric gave the best service I've had yet in Paris (with my demanding American standards) by letting me test the computers myself, giving several price options within my budget, and even help with delivery. Will definitely keep coming here for all my Mac reparation needs. Shop is also great, clean and well designed (unlike the other dingy and sad shops in Paris).
