Alison F. Was absolutely amazing at this boutique. I wandered into the boutique not expecting to purchase anything. I found a pen that I saw in a duty free a year ago and haven’t seen since and had regrets of not buying it. I came back again later in the week to purchase a watch I had discovered on my first visit and also was introduced to a new fragrance. I wish this boutique and staff was in the United States so that I could go to them more. Thank you for all of your help!

I was able to purchase a hard to find, new Writer’s Edition fountain from many years ago! The pen came in pristine condition, was shipped out quickly, and packaged exceptionally. Great business to deal with and will buy from for sure in the future!

Thierry and his team were able to order the elusive and limited Wes Anderson set for me and had it delivered to my home. He said It should take 3 months but it was more like 5. But rest assured, these guys are reliable and are able to get very exclusive items. Due to the delay, they sent me a nice Wes Anderson book before the pen even arrived. I would highly recommend this store.

Horrible service. Despite the fact their website said the delivery only takes 4-7days maximum I had a longer delay. On top of that, after calling the store SEVERAL times I found out they needed a month minimum to get my product delivered so I had to change it to another one, let alone the employee saying she’ll call back but never calling. The card was written in a 5 years old green marker pen in an extremely ugly handwriting which was absolutely disappointing and did not meet the “Mont Blanc” luxury standards. Not only is my gift late and changed but also I’m gifting it with no card, no bag and with with my 2 refill inks missing. I am an extremely unsatisfied customer and believe that this store is unprofessional. Could not be compared with the one in Dubai.
