OK Up to you to keep after them. Villefranche girl did not realize that awning was sent out to workshop. They altered beautifully to fit frame. For last month denied knowledge -- until canvas returned fixed. Instead of that yesterday she said that alteration was impossible. Patience. Do not take seriously the first reply from girl answering the phone. Clueless.
