Really nice little Hermes boutique here at Bordeaux, and a very enjoyable experience had despite them not having the Kelly bag that we were looking for. Chinese speaking SA was friendly and approachable, non judgemental, and an absolute joy to talk to. Make sure you also check out the 2nd floor, through the small stairwell that is in the store. Thank you team!

Very disappointing experience at the Hermès Bordeaux store. I visited hoping to purchase a bag but two staff members, including someone named François, refused to assist me and said I needed a “wish list appointment.” And they don’t do the appointment on Saturday. However, Hermès customer service later confirmed that no appointment is required for the Bordeaux store and clients can simply walk in. I made a complaint and the store manager just ignore it. Rude and disrespectful

The SAs in this Hermes bordeaux shop are very nice. They followed us wherever we walked and gave us a detailed explanation of the products. It's located at the city center which is the center of everything. Different restaurants and a shopping high street is around here. We found a few special pieces in here that are not available outside. Pls. Feel free to check here if you like Hermes products.

My wife shopped for a special honeymoon gift. She attempted to buy a Hermes bracelet & completed her checkout. It was wrapped as normal in a box & placed in a Hermes bag. She excitedly returned to our hotel to show me but upon opening the Hermes bag inside the box was EMPTY. She returned to the store promptly. The sales guy suggested they have cctv & went to a back room alone. They refused to share what they found on cctv. They said nothing. After 75 minutes they eventually provided another bracelet but did not apologize. This is how Hermes or any other top brand store should treat a customer? Very poor.

Bought a “Sneaker Homme Bouncing Veau - Chevre Velours Bleu” (blue sneaker), wore it first the to an important dinner at VIP’s house, when I took off the Hermes blue sneakers, part of my socks (white socks” had blue stain!!! Try to imagine my embarrassment when the host saw my sock when they welcome me!!! They must have thought I wore a fake Hermes! Worst experience of my life!!! Went to Hermes Singapore to refund, they say need to wait for 6 months. Ridiculous and worst experience I ever had.

What started as a tourist visit to the lovely town of Bordeaux and some indulgent shopping at the Hermes boutique , is now once of my favorite shopping destinations. The associates are extremely KIND and helpful especially voicing out to my favorite Nicolas and who has been so gracious in helping us shop across the seven seas . I highly highly recommend this store for the special personal touch ! Thank you Hermes Bordeaux!

I had a wonderful experience at Hermès Bordeaux on the beautiful morning of January 23, 2025. I visited the store in search of a pair of shoes for my son and was warmly assisted by a young and friendly sales associate, Mr. Victor. Although the model and size I was looking for were unavailable, he was equally as receptive when I inquired about the chance of any bag availability. Mr. Victor kindly introduced me to Mr. Jean, the SA in charge of leather goods, who was just as welcoming and helpful. They took wonderful care of me. It’s rare to receive such a warm welcome at an Hermès store, and I truly felt fortunate to have been assisted by both Mr. Victor and Mr. Jean. Their professionalism and kindness made my day, and I sincerely appreciate their excellent service. Would highly recommend this boutique for a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.
