From the very first contact with Valerie, we received a warm welcoming and professional service. Valerie guided us seamlessly through the whole building process and she continues to provide ongoing support even with our house being finished. Cédric was brilliant at supporting any changes with the design - and both were excellent with their suggestions throughout. We encountered a difficult obstacle with the drainage and Cédric was fantastic at supporting us through all the administrative and legal solutions and liaising appropriately with the Mairie. Mr Dupouy and his team of building staff have been amazing, friendly and extremely helpful throughout. Everything ran on time and to budget and we can’t praise the team at Bruno Petit enough for their commitment to making our dream of building a home in France a reality. Given that French is not our first language, this did not cause any barrier with the team and they worked hard to ensure we understood every step of the build. We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend the team at Bruno Petit to others wanting to build their own home.
