A truly fabulous anniversary lunch — every detail perfection! 💫🍾 We celebrated our anniversary with lunch at Le Parc inside Les Crayères, and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! Exquisite food, impeccable service, beautiful atmosphere — and that stunning setting within the hotel just elevated the whole experience. When we arrived, they first seated us in the lounge area where we started with glasses of champagne. We ordered two glasses of Flora Debout and two of Billecart-Salmon Rosé, both of which were excellent. They served us a lovely selection of hors d’oeuvres to pair with our bubbly while we relaxed and looked over the menu. Once we were ready, they guided us to the dining room — we got the best table by the window, and the room itself was absolutely gorgeous. The four of us chose the Plaisir de Table menu — a five-course tasting — though it turned out to be quite a feast since they include several surprise bites in between courses to keep things interesting. 😊 Our menu included Candied duck foie gras, John Dory filet, glazed Mallard duck breast, Farm Langres cheese, and Grand Cru chocolate from Indonesia. Every dish was flawlessly executed — the flavors balanced beautifully, and the proteins were cooked to perfection. The bread and butter were also outstanding (and for me, that’s crucial — it sets the tone for the whole meal!). Service was attentive and polished throughout. Even though a few staff members seemed newer or in training, everything ran smoothly. Toward the end of lunch, they surprised us with an extra dessert and a candle to celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful touch! At one point, the sun was streaming through the window, so I asked if they could lower the shades — and to my amusement, they controlled this mechanized awning outside right from inside the dining room! It was such a cool little detail that made us all smile. 😄 Even the valets were wonderful — warm, friendly, and eager to share a bit of the hotel’s histo

Give them more Michelin stars!! This was by far one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had both in the US and traveling abroad. From the staff to the food and ambiance, it was a 10/10. Thank you to Les Crayeres & Le Parc for making our friend Holly’s bday so special!

We had a very nice time at Le Parc and Domaine les Crayères. The staff are attentive and able to tailor their services. At Le Parc, we had a 5-course dinner with a bottle of Chablis. To be absolutely honest, I did not quite enjoy the amuse-bouche or the appetizer. I did not like the tart texture of the small amuse-bouche, and I am not a big fan of caviar. However, the fish was tender with the white sauce, and the head-to-toe experience of veal was unique and creative. The staff were discreet when explaining the dishes so that we would not have any preconceptions before eating. Fun! Also my favorites, the palate cleanser and the dessert, which offered different textures and layers of clementine and chocolate. From a fine tuile, a solid shell, to a rich crème. The pastry chef used quality cacao from Indonesia, and we could taste a nice balance of acidity. Also thank you for the surprise cake 🎂🌹

Visited on May 6, 2026. Over the years, I have visited many restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide. However, one of my worst dining experience to date took place this evening at restaurant Le Parc in Reims, which did not live up to either of its two current stars. It is a crying shame, as the reception is extraordinary, and the introduction to the extensive wine list is both detailed and insightful - though I did find their recommendations lacked perspective relative to the signature menu that my guest and I ultimately ordered (a menu whose contents remain a secret until the moment of serving). The setting is fantastic, and the level of service remains high. We enjoyed a perfectly matured La Grande Dame 1998, which proved to be the only true highlight throughout the starters and main courses. I noted significant deficiencies, primarily in flavor, but the presentation was also decidedly uninspiring. A limp mushroom crudité was a recurring element in three of the dishes (the amuse-bouche, one starter, and one main course). There was no consideration for contrasting textures; everything felt soft-on-soft. A prime example was the langoustine starter, which was covered in an oversized gelatinous mass that added nothing to the dish and was left on the plate once the langoustine had been eaten. The same applied to the crab dish, where a thick white foam failed to add any dimension to the otherwise delicious crab meat. The voluminous foam in the cheese course became the third dish in a row lacking a contrasting "crunch," at which point my palate simply gave up. It became cloying. The attentive staff redirected me to the cheese trolley instead, which was a positive experience. The pre-dessert - a deep yellow, perfectly balanced, fruity, acidic, and honey-sweet arrangement - was fantastic and a genuine highlight. Likewise, the beautifully presented strawberry dessert possessed the nuances, contrasts, and caliber expected of a well-composed, flavorful Michelin desser

Incredible experience. The service level is out of this world. We had to rush out of the venue to get to another wine tasting and they were so accommodating. Such a refined dining experience.

I came with my family to celebrate a birthday, and we had such a great time. Everything from beginning to end was carried out with such elegance. The food and wine pairing were amazing, and all of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which really added to this amazing moment. Would definitely recommend, and I’m looking forward to coming back!

We are foreign visitors, and we have dined at many Michelin starred restaurants local and abroad. It wasn’t until we arrived at Reims that we noticed that the chef changed. We made our reservation several months ago in our country, at that time, the chef was still the previous one. ( And it was through google review that we discover the chef has changed.) We consider this as a kind of “fraud”, since no one has ever contacted us about the alter in chef. Our reservation time was 6:30in the afternoon, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were lead to the garden. This is our first time being led to other places before dinging in our experience in Europe. People from the restaurant didn’t told us that we have to finish the whole bottle of champagne before we could get into the restaurant and start our dinner, therefore, it was until 8:40 that we finally get into the restaurant. The snack served when we were waiting were melted and collapsed, we suppose it was due to the high temperature and the long waiting time. The champagne and wine are really good, however, despite the desserts, the other dishes are far from satisfying. The dishes are all salty, and we couldn’t taste layered flavors in the dishes, as other restaurants have. (For example, we can only taste saltiness in the meat, since the meat is salty, and the sauce is also salty. As for the dish made from cheese, we could only taste the flavor of cheese.)

THIS IS A REVIEW OF A VEGAN 5 COURSE SERVICE, AND NOT WHAT IS TYPICALLY SERVED TO THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN READING. VEGETARIAN / VEGAN SERVICE UPON REQUEST DURING RESERVATION I enjoyed the attentive staff and atmosphere. Upon request, there were no weird tensions when asking for a vegan meal. The chef prepared a 5 course option for me. The dessert course was so good and not just a boring fruit salad, and if you know, you know that this is a feat. I do have to say that I feel like maybe the chef wasn't well-versed enough with vegan cuisine to present something totally unique in every dish. I noticed that 2 of the dishes essentially contained the same ingredients but prepared them in a different manner. So, there was no new flavour experience to be had there. However, I am very critical with my food, so perhaps I am just being a little uptight. The effort is so much appreciated, so please know I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to dine here. For the price, I expected absolutely wpuld have liked more of a "wow" reaction for every plate, and I got that for 3 of the 5. I wouldn't come here a second time as a vegan, but I think it was worth the experience. Considering the lack of veg options in the area (vegan specifically), this was quite delightful. The staff was so so so good. Pur glasses were never empty, the champagne was delicious, and bread was always offered in between. Every dish was explained to us. The champagne and wine menu was much too big for me to tackle and ask about which ones were vegan, so if you plan on consuming and the filter process concerns you, definitely know what you'd like ahead of time or call ahead to inquire. My favourite courses were the first and last. NOTE: if you do not consume honey as a vegan, this needs to be mentioned, as one of the desserts presented to me contained this ingredient. In the middle of the service, the chef made their rounds to every table to ensure everything was alright,
