Such an elegant restaurant! Great for special occasion lunch or dinner. Food was served fresh and was delicious. Professional staff and can’t say enough good things about interior design and the garden. If possible go on a sunny day for lunch so you can sit outside.

Nice place, booked in advance for dinner. We had a table on the terrace on time as we booked. The eggplant with tuna was not tasty. The kids liked the pasta with langoustine. The cocktails were good.

I would say the food is just average — not worth the price. The service is a bit weird to me. For the reservation, they got my name wrong on the phone and asked me multiple times what’s my name was when I arrived. I explained to them but they don’t seem to understand. And the service for the food is a bit too cold mannered. I don’t recommend. The setting is good tho.

This was by far one of the most disappointing dining experiences we had in Paris. The service was genuinely awful — slow, disorganized, and extremely forgetful. We constantly had to repeat ourselves, wait for long periods, and remind staff about basic things. It felt like there was no coordination at all. For a restaurant positioned at this level, the prices are extremely high for what is, at best, very average food. Nothing stood out, nothing justified the cost, and overall the quality simply doesn’t match the expectations they set. This is also one of the worst places you could choose for any kind of celebration. Despite clearly marking a special occasion, there was zero effort from the staff — no attention to detail, no acknowledgment, nothing. The atmosphere ended up feeling uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. On top of that, several members of the staff seemed poorly informed about dietary restrictions. Some didn’t even properly understand gluten, and we were told that having gluten-free desserts in France is “difficult” — which is honestly absurd considering that some of the most well-known desserts like crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, and macarons are typically gluten-free. Overall, overpriced, poorly managed, and far below the standard it presents. There are many better options in Paris — this is not one of them. There are so many better quality places nearby like Origines.

From the moment you step into Laurent, you feel that quiet Parisian grace , the kind that never tries too hard, yet leaves a lasting impression. Hidden just off the Champs-Élysées, in front of hotel La Réserve, the restaurant sits inside a beautiful old mansion, where every detail, from the soft light to the polished wood and garden terrace , reminds you that elegance still has a home in Paris. The food? Simply exceptional. I would highly recommend the Hachis Parmentier, perfectly comforting yet sophisticated; the Velouté, smooth and delicate like silk; the Angus rib-eye, cooked with precision and depth; and the Langoustines, tender and full of the sea’s sweetness. A small note, though, something I’ve noticed in all restaurants of the group that I know : (Baronne, Gigi, Beau Coco etc...) the fries and mashed potatoes are always served barely warm, despite my gentle insistence. A detail, yes, but one worth perfecting in a place of such excellence. Service here is on another level, professional yet genuine, attentive without ever feeling intrusive. I went with a close friend who manages luxury hotels and restaurants, a woman known for her high standards, and the team met every one of her expectations without missing a beat. Laurent never disappoints.

Beautiful setting, delicious food , excellent fresh ingredients. Brilliant and attentive staff. I would make sure allergies are clearly started in French to avoid confusion.

I took my niece here for a special girls’ night dinner, and we had the best time. The setting was spectacular, the service impeccable, the food and its presentation delightful. My review might be slightly colored by the champagne and wine that we consumed. My niece, Deanne Nguyen, the head of atelier at a small couture house in Paris, designed and made a special dress just to go to dinner at Laurent. I think her efforts were justified given the gorgeous al fresco dining patio. The sommelier introduced us to a red Sancerre. We ate all the food we ordered, except we went a bit overboard on the desserts so those leftovers went into a take home box. I highly recommend the crab stuffed tomato, the sea bass, and the spinach. But the absolute best thing we ordered was the langoustine!

We tried Laurent after being let down for lunch elsewhere. The service, the food, and the surroundings were immaculate. Perfect. Refined. I would be back in a heartbeat if I lived here, but looking forward to scheduling another lunch on my next visit,
