Excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable. The bathroom is large, I think about the size of the bedroom. The breakfast is average: amulet powder, dry meat, ham like a piece of rubber. I was surprised by the lack of ketchup and mustard. There are plenty of games for children in the hotel lobby. I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good price to quality ratio. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Especially with the breakfast, the staff was incredible! Especially Gyöngyi and Magdaléna gave such a good service and warm welcome, that they are the reason I'm writing this review. So yeah, 5 stars

We were driving through Toulouse on our way south and hoping to avoid the congested centre of town and be close to the autoroute. This seemed like a reasonable choice, easy to get to off the autoroute and with parking. The price was quite reasonable (though we couldn't get a family room and thus needed two rooms). Rooms were small but very clean and new. Similarly, the bathrooms were clean and everything worked well - excellent shower. The hotel was busy but very quiet at night - we slept very well, with a very comfortable bed and good bedding. Rooms have a tiny kitchenette in a cupboard and a fridge, so you can cook or prepare breakfast. You do have to clean this up yourself before leaving. Overall, a pleasant surprise - quiet, clean and in a rather newly built area of offices close to a lake - right next door there is a sort of food court of fairly new restaurants around a parking area. We went to one for dinner and it was reasonably priced and the Italian food was good.

Very comfortable bed, double bed very big, blanket great even for two. Nice staff. Located perfectly for the Diagora Congress Center. Can't rate breakfast, cause we didn't have it (no vegan options). Also the flowers are quite smelly in the front of the hotel, but maybe that was because of the hot weather.

Originally I booked here for five nights but ended up staying for seven nights. The property is in Labege a suburb about 12 kilometres from the centre of Toulouse and there isn’t really anything much within walking distance so a car is a must if staying here.||The room 005 is really nice and fresh with a double bed which is two singles together, little side tables, an easy chair which I ended up using at the desk as the stool at the desk wasn’t that comfortable. There is a big LCD TV above the desk but no English stations but there is a power point at desk level which is always a plus. There are USB ports beside the bed and there is enough closet space though no drawers only shelves and no safe.||The kitchenette is behind doors that open and then slide back at counter level and there is a small sink, two hotplates and a little bench space. There is a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave and the usual utensils, plates, pots and pans.||The entry can be closed off from the rest of the room which the bathroom is off. There is a wall hung toilet with a shelf above it and a decent vanity with a shelf as well and the bath has a little soap holder that can be used as a shelf for one or two things.||The room was clean and had really good air-conditioning which was needed due to the heatwave that was happening in France in August 2022.||There was ample parking and a self-service laundry and the staff were very helpful. The hotel serves breakfast for an additional fee but I didn’t use it and there is a restaurant in the building as well.||I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it if you need a place to stay in the area.|

I had a business trip in Toulouse and I would like to appreciate the extra ordinary service that I got in the hotel. Firstly, the charming smiley face of the receptionist make me feel at home and helped me to recover from my long flight from Africa.||Secondly, the time that I reached was before the Check-in time (before 3 Hours) but the receptionist watched that I am tired because of a long flight from Ethiopia and she gave me a room with out waiting the standard check-in time. I stayed in the hotel 3 days and the hotel was neat and organized, the warm greetings of the team makes me feel good, the amenities were so wonderful and they had a very delicious breakfast.||Thank you for the wonderful service.

I stayed in this Appart‘City for 3 Months for a student internship in Toulouse beginning of 2023 and had a wonderful time. I stayed in the „Studio New Generation“ with a double bed. It was very clean and cozy. I could cook my meals in the very practical small kitchen cupboard, bring some personal items like a PC screen and store my luggage. All the equipment in the room (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom) was new and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. My reservation could be prolonged flexibly to stay for some extra holidays at the end! Thank you for this lovely time! I will come back anytime to this great Appart hotel! Hotel undergoing a refurbishment which is desperately needed. It is certainly convenient for the conference centre next door. I also ordered a pizza at reception which was really quite tasty for the price. Rooms are compact and beds comfortable enough - though there was plenty of static shocks getting into it! All in all will do if you're desperate but I would look at others nearby until the refurbishment is complete.
