Fair price and basically in the town center. Negative points: rooms are rather old (windows, and doors) and I'm not sure about the sanitization of WC. Also the breakfast doesn't really include salty options. Positive points: the bedsheets were clean, good location and for the price paid we can't expect better than this

Great location and friendly staff but we had a no of issues with our stay. Air conditioning was broken for the whole hotel, The toilet seat was broken, The bathroom sink tap was broken, No water in the rooms, No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Towels were small, frayed and very rough. Cappuccino button on the machine gave you hot chocolate instead of coffee. Receptionist was lovely, friendly and kind. The Spa associated to the hotel looked lovely aswell. The beds were comfortable

Starting with the good things, the price is good, location is excellent literally 20 m from the main area, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, it has onsite parking, and despite obvious limitations the room was clean. However the hotel is very tired and needs some major investment in regards to maintenance to bring it up to a decent standard, our room was small which wasn’t a problem but things like locks missing screws, the toilet push not fitted right, paintwork scuffed and chipped etc really let the place down. Unfortunately what didn’t help was a drunken guest trying to kick a door in at midnight added to the poor review, I realise that the hotel can’t select its guests but I suppose if you book a budget hotel you may get budget clientele

This hotel is value for money and in a great spot but it is in need of redecoration. The staff are very friendly but the hotel is extremely tired. Other than reception and the facade it seems like things need painting and carpets replacing. |My room had a new bed and headboard and was really comfy but other than that paint was peeling and it had a general old feel to it. |Everything worked though. Car parking is extra and is limited so you need to book in advance.

Nice, clean and basic.. not expensive so its not going to be out of this world but Wouldham expected tea/coffee facility in room and when searching on booking.com this came up as having parking . It has but you must pay ! As long as you know that you could pull up outside and get the details . We were early parked in parking just across the street, it was €17 and as we had already been there 3-4 hrs it would have cost more to move and pay the both fees as the hotel charges €14 . Not the end of the world but I didnt expect to pay for parking at a hotel that has parking . Breakfast quite basic but very acceptable all in all though. Decent value for its location so close to the main area of Reims . And our room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable with a view of the Cathedral in the distance

Fair price with a big room in an old building, but the sheet is not clean…the staff is nice, the buffet breakfast is not good as expected

Leaking roof, rusty taps, rock hard beds are just some of the faults.|Surely staff who just shrugged when I reported the leaking roof in the morning, no apologies.|We often stop in Reims to and from skiing further north. This is absolutely the most tired looking, poorly served hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Staff were fantastic, location ideal. |Car parking was 13 euros per night ,about 8 spaces , first come first serve. |The thing that let the hotel down , it was very dated and shabby , could do with a freshen up and refurbished . |Our room definitely needed painted and new carpet as with the corridors
