Excellent experience today at the Kurt Geiger corner. The sales representative Geraldine is extremely professional, kind and well represents this lovely English brand. Very good sales too. Will definitely come back!

Galeries Lafayette Cannes — very disappointing experience. The store opening hours displayed on the door stated that the store closes at 7:30 PM. We arrived at 7:15 PM, well before the announced closing time. However, staff started forcing customers to leave the floor, and by 7:20 PM aisles were blocked, equipment was being moved, and employees claimed that the cash registers were already closed. This is unacceptable. In the European Union, businesses are expected to operate until the time officially displayed, not close earlier at their convenience. If the cash registers close earlier, this must be clearly and honestly communicated to customers. This behavior is misleading and does not meet the standards expected from a brand like Galeries Lafayette.

Galeries Lafayette Cannes is a great store where you can find some of the most famous brands. However, when compared to the other stores of the same company, the organization of the products and the availability of different brands may be lacking. Nonetheless, the store is still worth a visit for its impressive selection and overall shopping experience.

To order underwear online you have to include your passport and proof of residence… What a joke… you are already going down as a company and fantastic decision to make ordering online for 90 euro as complicated as applying for a visa 😂😂 What a joke of a company

No one took care of us. The saleswomen stayed in their corners chatting. We were trying on shoes and a saleswoman, very rude, without saying hello or asking us if we needed help, called out to us to see if we had put the shoes we had tried on back in their proper place. She should learn her job as a saleswoman and be attentive to customers. The least she can do is be polite, but that must come from her education...

The salesladies at the Women section were all rude and grumpy! They get mad when I return a trench coat that wasn't comfortable, and it's heavyweight. I asked them before I paid them. "Whats the return policy?" Answered 30 days. But it was 5 days? Tag, receipt still intact. What's the reason to get mad? (Month of December) RECENTLY Then, this well-dressed bobcat haircut woman on the other section of the third floor was also grumpy. I was using fittingroom, and she told me i can't use it. Her defense is that it's only exclusively for the clothing brand she's working on (Come on, people HAVE GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE)
