We booked 2 nights here at a weekend, easy to get to from the city centre, just jump on the c route tram, stop is just along the road. Intermarche is at the roundabout for supplies. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Easy check in service. Foyer has a variety of tables and chairs with more tables and chairs in the dining area. Key card operated lift for better security. Corridor had a drain smell which was off putting. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, duvet and pillows supplied. Air conditioning was fabulous, Hubbie likes the room to be ice cold but it was easy to turn off too! Window also opens wide if required, net curtain helps to keep room private as over looked by block of flats. Kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, hob and microwave with good selection of cooking equipment plates etc. coffee machine in the room with one pod supplied, further pods are 1€ each, no milk supplied. Good selection of lights but limited sockets and no usb sockets at all. Tv has the ability to stream direct from your phone with simple instructions on the tv. Good sized shower room with mirror above the sink, shower gel supplied. Hairdryer fixed to the wall was adequate. Breakfast was continental with crepes, assortment of bread, yogurt, fruit, ham and cheese with scrambled eggs and a toaster available. Tea, coffee and juices available. Almond milk and gluten free bread was also visible.

It was our 1st time to France- Bordeaux and we were very exited to visit the region. To our surprise right after we entered the lobby it was a rundown, 2 star old hotel in a very bad, dirty and dark area. My wife and I were scared to even go out to the street.|Carpet was dirty and stained, walled chipped and tiles broken. However the worse part was mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling shower and bedroom. No wonder we immediately smelled an overwhelming humidity oder in the hallway and room. We will NEVER forget this hotel nor our arrival to France because of this hotel (not in a good way).|It's very sad that we had to stop here before we continue our trip to Paris.||Regards

An excellent aparthotel. The rooms are simply huge and spacious. Very clean, good mattresses, the kitchen has everything you need. Everything in the room works. The room is clean. The staff is friendly, polite, always ready to help and be of assistance. We arrived early and were checked in without any problems. The breakfast is typical for France. I recommend this hotel.

Julien the night staff member was beyond helpful. A cat was being attacked outside and he came out to help us make sure it was ok (even with a bad hip). He also let us borrow a UK plug adapter when someone in the day said they did not have any. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. 10/10 for Julien. It’s about 15mins to the tow centre on public transport or a 35min walk. Rooms were a good size, coffee machine was good.

The rooms are okay , the breakfast is nothing special , when somethings ends you need to wait for 5-10 minutes till someone from the staff notice . The want you to clean the cooking space in the rooms . Overall I don’t recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The location is excellent, being close to public transport and the city centre, which made getting around very convenient. The room was spacious and the Internet connectivity was reliable, which was great for my solo stay. The front desk is available 24/7, and there are laundry machines for guest use. The hotel serves breakfast, although I did not have the opportunity to try it.

However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. There are limited dining options nearby, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from better air circulation.

Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning in the future.

I think for the price this is pretty good. It's nice to have a fridge, a microwave and a small electric hob. It was a bit annoying that the AC is locked and keeps resetting itself to 26c although I'm pretty sure it wasn't actually that warm because I'm very sensitive to heat and I slept fine despite it being 35c outside. The bed is comfortable - it's two single mattresses pushed together which again given the price is understandable so they can reconfigure the room. I wasn't a fan of the pillows though, they were quite firm but I suppose that's personal preference. It's worth noting that there is no room cleaning, fresh towels or bedding unless you pay extra. This this wasn't a problem for my short stay but it's not particularly obvious this is the case when booking. The shower was hot and had decent pressure although even with the shower door closed it still leaked all over the floor. Quite possible this was just my particular room though. When your towels aren't being replaced every day (no room service) this can be annoying - if your towel gets soggy, you're kind of stuck with it. Location-wise it's about a 10 minute walk to the tram into town, although at the moment this involves walking through a construction site outside a hospital. Would I stay here again? I think it depends on the price. It was a bargain during the Bordeaux Wine Festival but during a quieter period I'd probably pay a little extra and stay somewhere more central and without the air conditioning mafia controlling your temperature.
