My mac book pro has been diagnosed as requiring a new battery I arrived on time to an appointment with C&C, because cap3000 apple store was giving me a longer delay being on the geek side of the dressing spectrum, that apparently was not good enough for me to be greeted with a hello.. after a few minutes I was hushed on the side and told I had to be patient because there was only one technician present... the customer before me was picking up a repaired headset; it took the technician 20 minutes, I mean 20 times 60 seconds, to figure out how much they had to charge for the repair, and to return the change - partly online with apple as if it were god; when my time came, I patiently waited for another 5 minutes to realize that the person was still copying my serial number from my screen to their own device; at that point - so 25 minutes later - I still had no idea on the modalities: how long I was supposed to leave the device, whether it would be replaced on-site or just sent over to apple but I knew one thing for certain, I did not want these people to be anywhere close to my computer so all in all, just a colossal waste of time
Exceptional service from everyone - and from Luca in particular! I came to ask about a few issues about my iPhone 12. Two of them got resolved in less than a minute, free of charge. For another one, they gave me a sound advice and made me save a couple of bucks. Next time I need technical assistance, I’m definitely going there!
Great store with great employees! Very good service, high level of customer service, large assortment, everything is in stock! Salespeople speak English well! When we bought an apple watch, they gave us a protective glass for free! And when we needed the adapter for the MacBook, also gave his as a gift! It was very nice! Big thanks from Ukraine! 💙💛
Best experience ever in an Apple Store. Employees are really friendly and always ready to help. I’ve bought the new AirPods Pro and they were super helpful in setting them up and everything. I recommend it 100%
I recently visited the store in Nice and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Valentine. He was extremely helpful, explaining to me exactly what needed to be done,and with amazing patience. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing an iPad at MCS Nice! The salesman was very helpful and provided all of the information I needed to make a decision. My French is not very good, but he was patient with me and he was also able to communicate with me in English.
I want to share my fantastic shopping experience I had purchasing my new Mac Mini at MCS in Nice. M. Valentin M'Rica guided me through the selection of several options. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained the benefits of each option. He never rushed me into a decision and was very considerate of my time. When I finally selected the Mac Mini, he offered to transfer the application and files from my current Macbook Pro for no extra charge. That saved me hours and hours of downloading and installing programs. When I came to pick up the computer the next day, he took me to the back office and patiently explained how the Mac Mini was setup, and what to expect when I connected it back home. I had a great experience and I highly recommend both MCS and Valentin for your next Apple purchase.
Great experience and I would recommend to anyone over a regular apple store . I visited the store to see if by any chance they had a French power connection for an old Mac Pro ; I was not able to find it anywhere but when I arrived at the store ; Valentin was able to get his last one ; tested the plug to make sure it work and because the items was out of the box and not been able to be sold ; he just give it to me as he understood that without it my Mac would have run out of power
