Obviously the views are stunning, but otherwise the place felt like an overpriced public pool. Absolute chaos, staff never knows what they’re doing, not a single person spoke a word of English..we paid 300 for a treatment that was average at best. A spa should be relaxing, but having staff just tell you to go to the next person and wait isn’t relaxing. Why isn’t there one clear area to check in, why isn’t there one person to give you your things, explain the spa, etc? Our treatment wasn’t even ready when it was supposed to start and the woman was yelling at us to wait..again, if there was some sort of order and better communication the problems could have mostly been avoided Also, the steam rooms had an unpleasant smell..I think they could use a better cleaning Hire someone who speaks at least ten words of English, clean the place up, and make it more relaxing and it would be 5 stars

This is a very nice small pool, partly indoor, partly heated, plenty of water jets and bubble making devices, and a beautiful view over the bay. I think it is now only available to Radisson hotel residents.

Great prices for the view you get at the outdoor pool. Had a lovely massage. Would recommend and go again.

J’avoue être un peu déçue par ces thermes sachant que j’en fais assez souvent. Un peu difficile de se repérer pour les lieux de rdv pour les massages car il faut monter et après on vous fait descendre. La masseuse était gentille mais plutôt bruyante avec son sac où elle avait rangé les éléments pour le soin du visage que je faisais pas la suite. Après pour le spa c’est plutôt classique mais dommage que la piscine soit si petite et qu’il n’y avait pas de pont pour atteindre l’autre côté mais il fallait faire tout le tour. Pour l’espace détente il n’y avait plus rien donc je ne peux rien dire.
