It was lovely, with great service and excellent food. We went on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was quite bustling, which added to the lively atmosphere. The food was incredibly fresh, and the décor really makes you feel like you’ve been transported to the Mediterranean. Prices are on the higher end, but the quality and experience make it well worth it.

I was looking for a quick lunch for one and this place did come up on Google. When I arrived I thought it looked very small and understated place, not my usual choice but I thought I would give it a go. The service was very quick and friendly. I ordered their seafood pasta and it was delicious and my plate was completely empty in need time. I would be more than happy to return.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at Cheer Mamma in Cannes. My partner ordered the La Mielleuse pizza, which was flavorful with a perfectly crisp crust. I chose the spaghetti alle vongole, generously filled with clams and a delicious, well-balanced sauce—I could have easily enjoyed a second serving. The atmosphere was vibrant, with an open kitchen, good music, and a lively buzz that made the evening feel special. Service was friendly and added to the overall positive experience. A solid 4 stars.

For those who gave this restaurant 5 stars, I don’t know what you guys were smoking but it must be strong because this restaurant deserves 1 STAR AT MOST. Staff: Unattentive and forgetful. We initially ordered a bottle of stilled water, which we didn’t receive 30 minutes into our meal so we assumed they forgot and instead asked for tap water. They then charged us for the Still water when we paid the bill, to which I showed them the bill and they refunded us with cash. Price: Outrageously overpriced for the food quality and service. For context, I paid 100 Euro for 2 people, and I had paid 50 euro for the same meal at different restaurants nearby that were WAY BETTER. Food: the worst experience of all. Our seafood pasta and spaghetti carbonata were as salty as the sea that I swam in during the morning. The carbonara was also swimming in oil. We eventually had to ask the waiter to send it back and redo. They gave us the dishes back that were definitely just rinsed and reheated as the shrimp head was exactly the same but more overcooked. The pizza was edible, but the anchovies were also overly salty. Environment: The outside seating area was fully booked, so we could only eat inside. Unfortunately, the inside had no air conditioning so we were submerging ourselves in our own sweat. I could only imagine how hot the kitchen was, which probably affected the taste buds of the chefs. The waiters kindly let us keep the menus so we could fan ourselves. Amazing! (sarcasm) COME HERE AT YOUR OWN WILL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Really enjoyed the food and place. We were lucky to get a table without reservation. The salad with ham and burrata was 100 out 10. Waiters are nice and welcoming as well☺️

Really enjoyed our meal at Cheer Mama. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere with Italian style chatty ambience. Staff were attentive and helpful and even brought us some blankets in case we were chilly when we were sitting outside! We moved into the main restaurant for our meal where it was warm and cosy. There is a good selection of traditional Italian food and wine on offer and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal which was beautifully presented and well cooked. Thank you to all at Cheer Mama for a delightful evening 😍

Favorite restaurant in Cannes. Actually, maybe my favorite restaurant in France. Certainly the best Italian food I have had outside of Italy, and better some even in Italy. I recommend the parmigiana, carbonara, aglio oglio pepperoncino, ragu bolognese, pizza sexy mama, tiramisu, and the Coribante red wine. This will be my most missed place no longer living in Cannes.
