We have used this company for our wedding on the first week of August 2018. Here is our honest review: The positive: - They have a big variety of rental products (most of which you wouldn't be able to find on other rental companies). - The delivery was done on time and the equipment came well organised in crates and clean. The negative: - Extremely poor communication (more like complete lack of it) - Unprofessionalism (my husband and I were charged for breakages their own employees made AND we NEVER got our deposit back on chairs that were returned in perfect condition) - Disorganised management (they had never sent us terms and conditions with our contract and after the wedding they attached this big form that had a fair amount of specifics - all of which we would have been more than happy to comply with had we had received before). Overall: I would not use this company again, nor recommend it. Good for variety of products however I would question their integrity. The process has been long and frustrating. When we attempted to communicate with them to talk about breakages they have caused and extra costs this incurred us we received no answer whatsoever. It genuinely felt like they really made an effort to take any additional money they could from us with deposits and further costs they imposed.
