We bought a boiler from them for our house about two years ago. It broke down more than five times in the last month. After small cleaning, big cleaning, and numerous interventions, we tried to talk with their director who sold us the machine. They have made this process very difficult. Problem still not fixed. No heating or hot water in February. Still no answer on why it is not working... Edits: Things improved quickly after the 6th round of interaction with the office (think numerous calls and visits to their office). They did a thorough test, and replaced an important part. Our boiler seems to be functioning well now.

Why would I use a company whose van drivers aggressively tailgate and bully other cars on the road? 👎

Un véhicule de cette entreprise (logo sur la carrosserie) a klaxonné de manière agressive sur mon fils qui effectuait une manoeuvre en conduite accompagnée - autocollant parfaitement visible sur la vitre arrière de notre voiture. Un apprenti conducteur qui apprend, ça se respecte. Si leurs employés sont aussi impatients et agressifs sur la route qu'en intervention, je ne suis pas sûre de vouloir les accueillir chez moi. Belle image pour l'entreprise.
