We came to the hotel and were welcomed very well. Such a nice person and they helped a lot with explaining where to go. The location is perfect very near public transport and many nice stores. The room itself was very aesthetic the only minus point was the mold on the shower head which can actually easily be scrubbed away. Nevertheless we loved the stay.

This hotel was very good. The room we had was well appointed, usual hairdryer in the bathroom (which wasn’t very powerful), but we had shower gel, hand soap etc.. tea facilities and proper coffee machine. Fridge to keep milk in. There were only Earl Grey tea bags so my advice is to bring your own. Bed was comfortable and there were dedicated charging points. We didn’t eat here so can’t review the food.

Booked quite late, lovely little hotel tucked away. Room was just right, bed comfortable, no noise from neighbours. Didn’t eat there, as we went out every day.

The hotel staff was so polite and friendly. It made our one night stay lovely and also the location is very convenient in the city centre. Everything is in a walkable distance. Room was clean and tidy.

It was unacceptable and unhygienic conditions. The rooms shown in the photos online have absolutely nothing to do with what is actually offered at the hotel. The room we received was completely different from the one presented during the reservation. The conditions were unacceptable considering the price we paid. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty bed linen, a stained carpet, and old, damaged furniture. Additionally, there was ongoing construction in the hotel. Everything was covered in dust, and cigarette smoke from workers smoking in the hallways was entering the room. Also, a lot of construction noise. We were not the only ones complaining, another family also raised the same concerns to the hotel staff, just like we did.And the staff showed no concern and did nothing to address the situation. No one can stay in such a room.

The smallest room I have ever stayed in after 30 years of travel, but it suited my purpose. The bathroom is so small there isn't a toilet roll holder, you grab the roll from on top of the toilet, be careful not to drop it in! The safe is so small you might be able to fit a passport and mobile phone. Forget the restaurant part of the title I have no idea where that was, I think in its prime it had a nice bar, restaurant and was a nice place to be, these days it is a very transactional hotel stay with little warmth or service, just a room & bed. They charged full rates even though renovations were taking place and the lift wasn't working, luckily I was on the first floor & didn't even bother to offer to help with my bags, not even a suggestion. If you are unlucky you get a room that has the thin walls, it was fun listening to my neighbours talking, washing their teeth or going to the toilet. Little details are lacking where breakfast is exactly the same cookie cutter things every morning, there are unused chairs stacked up outside or the laundry trolleys left in the driveway, all tiny details that take away from what could be a wonderful experience.

While the location of this hotel is excellent, the stay was highly disappointing. The property is currently undergoing renovation it seems, with boxes cluttering the entrance and tape all over the floors. ​The room was poorly maintained. We were met with a foul odor at night and discovered we had to turn off the AC to prevent the smell from worsening, forcing us to sleep with the windows open. The bathroom was so cramped that you couldn't move without touching the shower curtain, and there was no space for toiletries—we had to place our soap and shampoo on the toilet tank. To top it off, the bed was poor and the blanket was torn. For an extra €30–€40 per night, you can likely find a much higher-quality hotel nearby.

We stayed in the renovated section of the hotel. The room was just as nice as any 4/5 star hotel. We didn't use any hotel facilities. The room was clean and quiet. Only heard once someone very loud in the hallway. Great location on a private courtyard. Parking is limited so reservation for parking is needed. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 40 minutes to the marina. There were some minor inconveniences that could have been fixed but we didn't bother. They left one face towel and one bath towel for 2 people! There was hardly any toilet paper on the roll and no other roll. AC was perfect. We would definitely stay there again
