ASF AVENUE MONPLAISIR

This is truly an incredible group of people who join together to organize events, local hikes, trips to other countries, and other events. Every Thursday there are three levels of hikes that are led by very diligent and welcoming volunteers. There are also classes of different levels for those learning French, Italian, Spanish, and English, again taught by qualified volunteers. Most of the participants are French people who moved to the area from other parts of the country, but many are from other countries. While AVFs can be found in cities and towns throughout France, this chapter is particularly strong in terms of the number and diversity of offerings. It is true that most are traditional retirement age, but I am not and benefit tremendously from its offerings.

Wonderful French institution (exists in all larger French towns). A friendly group that helps you to get going in a new place. With all kinds of activities. I am mostly doing the organised hiking in the Nice Hinterland.

Déception totale. La gestion de cette association est catastrophique avec des tarifs d'adhésions exorbitants.

Très bon accueil. Mais bien que cela soit une association non lucratif, qui propose plein d'activités, le coût reste élevé sans prendre en compte le niveau de vie des personnes.

Très accueillant, permet de : . se familiariser avec sa nouvelle ville . Se faire des connaissances . Participer à des visites culturelles J'apprécie la gentillesse et l'implication des bénévoles des AVF de Nice .

Moyenne d'âge 70 ans et plus ! Activités uniquement pour les retraités car dans la journée. La plupart des adhérents se connaissent depuis longtemps donc vous vous sentez étrangers. C'est plus un club 3eme âge.

Tres interessent et leurs activite en general sur beaucoups de points et tres enrichissement sur le points cosmopolites des personnes.

Accueil déplorable...A fuir !
