Started a company in Nice in 2022 and went to talk to this organization for advice and support . They only seemed to be interested in generating fees for taking me through all the administrative procedures in France ( despite official PR from the French government , it actually takes more than 4 months to start a company and that’s if everything runs smoothly ) . After establishing the company , I never once heard from the CCI but was obliged to contribute to them financially each year . I decided the costs of running a small company in France are just too high so closed the company after 3 years. When , at this stage I went back to the CCI they only seemed interested in generating fees for the admin procedures to close the company . At no stage did they ask me why I was closing the company which I assumed was a pretty important thing for them to understand . I’m actually relocating the company to a more business friendly country in Northern Europe . The CCI, for me , represents all that is wrong in France where business is concerned .. they have a beautiful building in Nice but absolutely zero understanding of the businesses they are supposed to support . After 3 years running a business in Nice I still don’t actually know what they do . Nice is a truly great city to visit and live in but from a business perspective , I would not recommend. Im sure they will respond to this post as it’s public but they never showed the slightest interest when my company was operational .

I had a rdv for residance renewal, everything was on time and perfect. They can speak English and they kindly help you. You need to show your bag when you enter for security reasons. I had a very calm experience with them.
