GANAA EMILLE

While there are no shortage of bakeries in Paris, to find a place that does numerous things well is more challenging. Boulangerie Gana is that rare spot that manages to impress over and over again. The sourdough boule is absolutely delicious - some of the best you’ll find. The pizzas and gougere are also excellent, and the choupette (cream filled chouquette) is transcendent. My husband and I are in Paris every few months, and Boulangerie Gana is always on our list of must hit list.
