Hello, this is Emile from Antony. I hired Alex Artisans to improve the efficiency of my heating system (3 radiators were not heating well). In the end, they presented a bill far higher than the initially agreed amount and left the heating system completely out of service. I had to hire another company to fix the problem. following their intervention, They didn’t answer the phone or SMS, either to correct their work or to issue a refund. This is a complete scam to avoid at all costs!!!!!!
