I couldn't be happier with the service provided. While sitting against a wall in a restaurant my wool coat was soiled by the carbon finish on the wall. They did a beautiful job of cleaning it and in short time as I was leaving Paris 2 days later. I was initially shocked by the price, but it was well with it. Thank you so much!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent service! The owner, Simon, did the impossible. My father left me a classic Burberry jacket before he passed and there was some significant wear and stains. Simon was able to get rid of all of the stains and the jacket looks brand new. Highly recommended to anyone in need of dry clean services while abroad in Paris. And the location is right by the beautiful luxemberg gardens.

EDIT: I’m changing my 5 star review to reflect that the two silk pieces I paid for stain removal did not get the stains removed. They’re not even lighter than before I brought them in. I understand they have a no guarantee policy, but I would have hoped they would point out to me when I pick up my pieces that they couldn’t remove the stains. Instead I was told my wool coats are like new, which to be fair they are, but nothing was mentioned about my silk pieces. The scarf was folded so I wouldn’t see the stains until I got home which was a bit shady to me. My advice is to check your stuff while you’re still in the shop. Now I have to take them somewhere else and spend another €100 to try to get them removed again. So frustrating… My wool coats on the other hand were dry cleaned just fine but I can get that done just as well anywhere else. I guess I’m still on the search for a dry cleaner…

My cat pee on my leather jacket and I was super worried that I was going to lost it :(; Luckily I found this place and I follow the good reviews of their service on Google and the were correct! Was absolutely amazing; the service and the jacket was perfect like almost new. The cost was not that cheap but was worthy as is a super qualified and qualitative service. Super happy with the result!

The man was unwelcoming to say the least: gave me dirty looks and a condescending attitude when I brought in white pants with stains, asking me how I managed to get them dirty. Charged a ridiculous amount of €45 and in the end did not remove the bike grease stain I had came for, rudely saying that it was my fault for creating such a hard stain. Absolute joke to gaslight your customers on the sole reason of your existence — dirt on clothes 🤡
