The service, food and atmosphere where excellent . The food was exquisite , I had the roasted Prawns, amazing, the Veal tenderloin with Foie gras was first rate, the glace de viande sauce amazing. This is a restaurant that delivers!! Bravo!! Can’t wait to come back!
One of the best restaurant hands down, services is to the perfection. Loved everything from tables, music, food, service, etc. This is one of those place you must visit
Always a marvellous artistic innovative cuisine!! With huge maestro Pascal's capability to surprise you with refined studied marriages of rare to find ingredients to offer intriguing plates delicately balanced. Just ask him to surprise you when booking a table !!
Summary: disappointing; bad price for value! We visited based on the naming in Guide Michelin, but it definitely doesn’t meet the standards any longer. As seen in other reviews of the restaurant, it seems the quality is deteriorating fast. Dishes (- negative/ = ok / + positive) + Amuse Bouche: nice flavoring = Entree of Foie gras: ok, but chutney was a mismatch with intense Kurkuma flavor, which does not go well with the foie gras; comes with nice brioche - Bread: like chewing gum; the worst bread we have had in the Land of Baguette - Main course of Gambas: gambas were overcooked; sauce was not well rounded; the asian twist in flavoring failed (although we love asian food); we should have returned the dish right away +/- Main course of Filet: filet nice bleu (bloody) cooked on point; great sauce of morels; side of vegetables soaked in oil, especially unpalatable oily eggplant - Dessert of raspberry cream: boring, pure cream with a cookie inside and 3 raspberries - Dessert of apricots: we returned it after trying; not well-rounded Service: + friendly - hard to get; we would have liked to get a Glass of wine for the main course, but the waiters were nowhere to be found - forgot the silver ware for the main course. I am lenient on this point since the owner explained that they currently have trouble finding well qualified staff. = we mentioned all the mishaps and after telling the Chef and owner, the waiter, and lastly the co-owner/wife we were first offered a coffee/digestive and after we were not interested, she removed 2 glasses of wine from the bill Price: way overpriced for the quality €143 for 2 people, 1 glass of wine per person, and 3-4 dishes per person; €130 without wine Atmosphere: = ok, but grey vinyl flooring is not an eye catcher
Always memorable moments of happiness and epicurean enjoyment. Pascal is a never-failing master "painter-chef" using culinary ingredients as a master painter manages his colors. Emotions are the very same and the Mediterranean atmosphere shines in his.."tableaux". Enjoy !!

Très belle expérience dans ce restaurant passé malheureusement inaperçu depuis les années à passer devant sans jamais l'avoir vu !! Très bon accueil et service. Les plats sont raffinés et invitent à y revenir pour decouvrir toute la carte !!! Merci à toute l'équipe
