I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so pleasant! 😊
Unfortunately, there was no hot water at the hotel, and the issue was not resolved during my stay. The staff was kind and the breakfast was good; however, I had to leave earlier than planned because the absence of hot water had a serious impact on my comfort.
The hotel is conveniently located in Nice, only 5 minutes from Nice Ville train station and the main tram stop. Also it is located in a very safe area where I felt comfortable walking any time of the day and the night. Staff were great. The check in was a breeze, and everyone was very responsive to all my questions, and enquiries. The only comment that I can make was that they didn't respond to WhatsApp although it was recommended to use it for communication. I stayed in a premium room. The room looks smaller than I thought. It was tastefully decorated and loved the design. Some cleanliness can be improved, and walls on the marks can be cleaned off. The fridge is just a bar freeze, so it didn't seem to be cold enough to store foods. The bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable mattresses that I have slept on in a while. I booked through Expedia, and not sure it's because of my Gold status, but I was given a lavender bag and macarons when I checked into the room, which was a nice touch. In the lobby, there was a water tap where you can get filtered water (still/sparkling) and pasties, and cakes you can help yourself. I took one pain au chocolate every day for my afternoon tea, once again it was a nice additional value add.
Room was spacious and clean. We had a suite with double basin and nice walk in shower. Reception were friendly, especially the older guy. It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room and gave us some nice gifts. The only downfall is the location.
My wife & I stayed here May 9-13 as part of a Air Vda vacations trip. We really enjoyed our stay here from moment of check in (front desk person, Oceana, was exceptional) right until we left. All staff were very nice/welcoming; room was nice, nothing fancy, but clean, decent size for Europe & a mini fridge. Location was good for us, approx 15 minute walk to beach or you could take the local transit only a few minutes away from door step. Train stn is maybe 5 minutes from hotel - walking. Breakfast was very well done, again nothing fancy, but everything one would need to start your day. Loads of restaurants within 15 minutes walk from hotel.
Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were a bit small, but that is completely normal for Nice, France. The cleanliness was 10/10 and the service was also 10/10. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always asked if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.
The hotel management is perfect, always willing to help, but the room cleaning is terrible. They cleaned poorly and left dirty rags on the table, probably because we didn't tip them. But tips are given for people who don't do a good job, not for them to clean well.
This hotel is completely untrustworthy and operates outside the law. After checking out, the room was handed back in perfect condition with no damage whatsoever. Despite this, the hotel refused to return the deposit (Caution) . No valid reason was given, and the money was never paid back. This is illegal under French law. A deposit can only be blocked for potential damages. If no damage occurred, the hotel is legally obligated to return it immediately. Keeping the deposit without justification is a clear violation of consumer rights and amounts to taking advantage of guests. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel under any circumstances. If you do end up staying, never pay the deposit in cash — use a credit card so you have a chance to dispute the charge with your bank.
