FLEUR DES ALPES

I was disappointed with my purchase of flowers for my anniversary. They were not fresh. The picture on the website showed a vase, but flowers came without one. We had a short vase, but had trim the stems substantially to accommodate the vase we had. 😞

Beautiful flower as advertized. So full satisfaction here. But even though I selected a date of delivery, on May 25 on mother's day, the flower were delivered two days before on May 23rd.

I don't live in france so i used the business web site to order a bouquet to be delivered in Annecy. The process was very smooth and easy, they even accept Paypal payment. the delivery was on time as expected, and Fast communication response with the owner. This is A+++++ Business, and highly recommended.

Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai payé 52 € et je me retrouve avec une composition au rendu pauvre : peu fournie, sans volume, tiges déséquilibrées, impression “fait à la va-vite”. Et quand je demande un bouquet à 50 €, on me propose le feuillage “pour 3 € de plus”… À ce prix, une composition complète devrait être la base, pas une option. Je venais déjà chez ce fleuriste, mais ce sera la dernière fois. Photo à l’appui.
