Beautiful synagogue. It is unfortunately an aging community. The service is Sefardic and Shabbat morning it took about 3 hours. The times are nowhere to be found. I'm not going to post them in case that's a conscious security decision. If it's not, the times should be posted. I can say that the times are kind of what you'd expect in standard shuls around the world for shabbos morning. There is a security check outside. אין עירוב בעיר. השומרים מבינים את זה.

A beautiful Synagogue with a great Shabbat Sephardic service followed by a nice Kiddush. A friendly community. I attend the Shabbat services there whenever I'm in Nice. I feel really comfortable there
