The site is excellent & easy to use. I would have given 5 stars but struggled for it to find my local airport which is international & for some reason just would not lock onto it. However after this the ordering was easy, asked the right questions regarding the flight, passengers, lugguage to & from etc Once booked I have had a follow up email & SMS which is very reassuring
We booked via this service a transfer from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola. Why? Because they seemed reliable and most cost effective and no extra charge for late arrival. Was I wrong? YES. Our flight was scheduled at 23:40 but "unfortunately" our flight was 40min early so I started to contact the driver if they had knowledge of planes being late/early. No hope contacting them. They have extremely painful phone-menu system to even find helpdesk. Finally I succeeded to get a person to the phone at servicedesk (outside EU) who immediatelly started to examine our challenges. We ended up having an estate-size car picking us up at 00:25. We had booked a minivan to transfer and we got a smaller car. The helpdesk call cost us 25€ extra for phone calls and the HOPPA - company only hopes we would use their service later. No compensation whatever. So Be it. Never gonna use them again. Simple taxi transfer would have been faster and cheaper. So avoid this company.
I have recently returned from a family holiday in Mallorca and used hoppa return private car services and they were outstanding on both journeys. This is not the first time I had used them and I have never had any issue or fault. I have just rebooked with now now for our next trip in Barcelona. I highly recommend. Thank you hoppa team! Lyndsay
Booked Hoppa for hotel-airport transport and found its website easy to navigate. The site provided various vehicle options and corresponding prices. When I needed to chat with an agent, the chat service was prompt so I was able to resolve a query I had. I didn't know their service is available in many countries! Good to know!
Avoid if traveling with children! Dangerous, late, and stressed. We booked a "VIP" return hotel transfer with this company and paid for two child seats (for a 9-month-old and a 3-year-old). It was a complete disaster from start to finish. Severe Safety Failures: On the first leg, they only brought one seat. It was way too big for our baby, and the straps were dangerously loose. No seat at all for the toddler. Unprofessional Drivers: On the return leg, the seats weren't fitted. The driver refused to help, forcing my partner to struggle to fit a defective, unsafe seat while the driver watched. Appalling Planning & Lateness: Despite having our flight details, the company horribly miscalculated the pickup time. We departed late and arrived at the airport 40 minutes after our recommended check-in time. We were forced to sprint through the airport with a baby, a toddler, and luggage, completely traumatized that we would miss our flight. Zero customer care, zero safety standards, and definitely not a VIP service. Avoid this company if you value your family's safety and peace of mind!
I had the most worst experience. I landed in sharm el sheikh 20 mins earlier than my estimated time and had to go through checks as soon as I had got through all the checks straight away I was met with a phone call saying where are you your flight landed an hour ago basically having a go at me which I did not appreciate at all it was not my fault the ques in sharm airport were so long to get through checks. Then the best part is my airport transfer back to sharm airport was scheduled for the time my flight was due to take off I won’t be using this company again and think that this company need to examine the way their staff talk to their customers on the phone.
Booked my return airport transport through the website as couldnt get the App to complete my booking. It was easy to do and gave me 5 options for choice of transport and price. Chose the one best for me and used a good discount code too. I received the booking confirmation straight away. Use every year and no problems.
Booked return transfer from Marco Polo airport to our hotel. All went smoothly. I then realised when waiting for our return transfer I had booked the wrong date (one week later) upon getting home I asked if I could get a partial refund. Hoppa happily obliged and the full half fair was on my account within 24hours
