Received what I wanted directly from the store without any waiting. Staff speaks english and helped me the best possible way they could.

Very, very rude young lady on the staff. I asked where some items were and all she said was "if you can't see it, it's not in the store". Can you believe it??? Then I was lucky enough to find other sellers and they were super nice. Seriously, I am not doing them any favors to buy stuff there, so they have no right to treat people that way!

Horrible experience at this place ! I will try to describe precisely what happened: I went to buy pants last night and Decathlon closed all the changing rooms "due to Covid", however, the personnel from Decathlon suggested to me to buy them first, pay for them, go to toilet and return the pairs that don't fit. That idea seemed reasonable and I agreed . However ! Aa soon as I entered the toilet ,the janitor woman didn't like what I was doing and she called the security on me right away ! They aggressively jumped on me detaining me. I don't speak French language, but security personnel weren't buying it. They thought I'm playing a game by not speaking French to them. I shown them the bag of the Decathlon, along with the pants i just bought with tags and receipts. They physically PREVENTED me from returning back to the store to return the pants and get a refund ,I don't know under which pretext. I did not expect such an incompetency from security personnel in France when I wasn't doing anything illegal ,in fact I did what I was supposed to do and what I was told to do. I was only a customer who simply went to shop for proper outfit! After scuffle and arguing ,the security guard who spoke some English escorted me back to the Decathlone store to get my refund. I want to underline ,that it is not Decathlone fault per say,they were professional and some spoke perfect English, but the whole situation was weird. This testimony can serve as warning to next customers of Decathlon who might get detained by security guards in the mall for doing nothing !

Ambivalent relationship with Decathlon. In a way you can say that you get good value for the money you pay, but overall al lot of the products doesn't quite hold up to the task in the long run.

Very friendly staff, good prices, and a good amount of products to choose from. They recently removed all fishing related gear.

I bought a new kayak online and I chose the option to pick it from this store. They gave me an old damaged kayak!

It's a great place to get swim shorts if you need some to go for a swim!
