In general, they provide a good service. I ordered 1 Mbps; the actualy speed is 400-800 Kbps download and around 100 Kbps upload. I can compare with Hungarian and Dutch similar abonnements; the Dutch (Odido) provides around 900/900, the Hungarian also 750/900 Kbps. On top of it, the service disconnects many times just for a few seconds. I play online games; this is not really acceptable, as I also disconnect from PvP games. It seems, this is considered in Germany a high speed, but the quality of the service need to be better; more stabile without the short disconnections.

One of the best internet service I have used till now. The customer support is quick. I never had any issues with internet slowing down. It has been constant 1Gbps.
