From my first visits with Gwendal to the viewings and eventual purchase with Leroy, everything was smooth and straightforward. Leroy was always available, genuinely caring, and happy to answer all my questions—and as a first-time buyer, I had a lot of them. I can’t recommend this team enough. They’re professional, quick, and, most importantly, really human. It’s so rare to find all three, but Leroy absolutely nails it!

I contacted them for an apartment appraisal, and while the initial process leading up to their visit was smooth, I've now been waiting almost three weeks for the appraised price. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I haven't even received a simple email with the valuation.
