Packaging torn which they tried to hide when I took a photo. The leather was marked so one rubbed it with his dirty thumb making it ten times worse. They threw it about on a trolly fer too small So badly there’s a screw on the floor. When I refused to sign they got nasty and I had to order them to leave my house. Door taken off snd not put back on. Seriously do NoT use this horrific company.when I told them to be careful I gave a picture of one laughing at me and mocking my French. Disgusting service by people who don’t deserve employment 500e that delivery cost me

Delivery on time; the driver kept me informed of ETA. The two delivery men were courteous; swift installation; explanation on both items given. Unfortunately the cold water connection needed attention (not their fault) so w/machine couldn’t have trial run. Easily sorted later with right equipment which driver explained they don’t carry onboard as just delivery service.
